Report a Pothole in San Diego on the GET IT DONE app

At American Factory Wheel, we know that reporting a pothole can be just as annoying as hitting the pothole itself! No worries, we’re going to walk you through it so you can get it done easily and get on with your life. Here we go.

1. Click the “Get it Done” App
2. Click on “Submit a New Report”
3. Describe the issue in the Description box
4. Then click the Camera Icon to take a photo of the pothole. You may also select a photo, or photos, from your camera roll.
5. Once you have added your photos, click NEXT
6. On the “Select Service” Page, select “Pothole”
7. On the “Important Information” page, click NEXT
8. On the location screen, press the 3 dots on the bottom right hand side to choose “Go to Address” or “Your Location” to pin the location of the pothole you’re reporting, and click NEXT
9. On the following screen describe the exact location and/or cross street
10. Answer which lane the pothole is in
11. Choose the direction of travel, and click NEXT
12. Enter your preferred Contact information, and click NEXT
13. Review your report details, and click SUBMIT
14. You will see a confirmation screen of your report That should be it!
